Purpose of the Foundation
The purpose of the charitable foundation CCFYD is to promote the holistic development of children and young people.
The foundation’s activities are aimed at an international level, using formal and informal education and transcultural exchange.
Currently CCFYD’s support is concentrated on projects for children and young people in the southern Caucasus, particularly in Georgia.
The foundation’s activities may involve the purchase of individual plots of land. It may also support specific activities from other organisations with similar aims. As a non-profit organisation, CCFYD’s initiatives are expressly not profit oriented.
CCFYD activities are politically and confessionally neutral.
Strategy
As a foundation CCFYD we focus our resources on
- financing projects for the benefit of children and young people
- monitoring projects for the benefit of children and young people
- the realization of projects in the South Caucasus, particularly in Georgia
