The Caucasus Cooperation Foundation for Youth Development (CCFYD) is committed to the holistic development of children and young people. Our goal is to empower young people in their personal, social and intellectual development and to create opportunities for a self-determined future.
Through projects in the South Caucasus – particularly in Georgia – we promote education, intercultural exchange and sustainable development. By connecting local initiatives with international cooperation, we create spaces where young people can grow, learn and take responsibility.
The vision and mission of the foundation form the basis of our work. They define the long-term impact we strive for and guide the way we design and implement our projects.
Our vision is a future in which children and young people can develop their full potential and actively contribute to shaping their communities. Our mission is to create opportunities for growth through education, intercultural exchange and international cooperation, empowering young people and strengthening communities.
The purpose of CCFYD is to support the holistic development of children and young people. Our projects combine education, social responsibility, cultural exchange and personal growth.
To achieve these goals, the foundation initiates and supports projects in both formal and non-formal education, promotes international cooperation and creates opportunities for young people to connect and learn from one another. A particular focus lies on sustainable initiatives in the South Caucasus.
The foundation is led by a dedicated Board of Trustees, which defines the strategic direction of the organisation and oversees the implementation of the foundation’s purpose. The Board is supported by specialists, project management and the administrative office.
Together, they ensure that the foundation’s resources are used responsibly and that its projects create lasting impact.
CCFYD supports sustainable projects in the South Caucasus that contribute to the personal development of children and young people. We promote locally rooted initiatives with long-term potential that strengthen intercultural exchange, create multiplier effects and open up new opportunities for future generations.
