The Caucasus Cooperation Foundation for Youth Development (CCFYD) is committed to the sustainable development of children and young people. Guided by clear values, a long-term vision and practical initiatives, we support young people in shaping their own future and creating opportunities for themselves and their communities.
Our vision is a society in which children and young people in Georgia have access to the essential resources needed to lead self-determined and fulfilling lives. These resources include, in particular, education, cultural participation and mobility.
We are committed to creating opportunities for young people to grow up in a healthy and sustainable environment and to develop their full potential in harmony with people, nature and society.
Young people are the foundation and future of our global society. Across Georgia, young people are actively working to improve their living conditions and future prospects.
As a non-profit foundation, we support and accompany them through practical projects, personal commitment and long-term engagement. CCFYD promotes the holistic development of children and young people at an international level, with a particular focus on the South Caucasus and especially Georgia.
We initiate, fund and support projects in the fields of education, youth development and intercultural exchange. Wherever possible, we work in close partnership with local non-profit organisations. Through continuous cooperation and guidance, we ensure that our projects respond to genuine local needs and represent a sustainable investment in the future of young people.
The name Caucasus Cooperation Foundation for Youth Development (CCFYD) reflects our belief that cooperation across cultural and geographical boundaries is essential for sustainable youth development.
Our logo – a tree with deep roots and upward-reaching branches – symbolises the foundation’s work and values. The roots represent stability, heritage and strong connections to local communities, while the branches embody growth, development and new opportunities. For us, the tree is a meaningful and approachable symbol of sustainable support and long-term impact.
CCFYD supports sustainable projects throughout the South Caucasus that contribute to the personal development of children and young people. We promote locally rooted initiatives with long-term potential that strengthen intercultural exchange, create multiplier effects and open new opportunities for future generations.

The International Scout Centre Rustavi (ISCR) is the foundation’s flagship project. The youth centre is located in Rustavi, approximately 25 kilometres south-east of the Georgian capital, Tbilisi.

Located in the Georgian mountain village of Pona, around 150 kilometres from Tbilisi, the foundation supports a camping and community project set within a remarkable natural landscape.

The Aragvi River Campsite is situated in a recreational area near Tbilisi, directly on the banks of the Aragvi River. It offers ideal conditions for outdoor activities, youth programmes and educational experiences in nature.
