CCFYD’s work is driven by dedicated individuals who contribute their experience, expertise and networks to support the foundation’s mission. Together, they ensure that the foundation’s projects are planned, implemented and further developed in a responsible and sustainable manner.
The Board of Trustees provides strategic leadership and oversees compliance with the foundation’s purpose. It is supported by specialists, project management and the administrative office, which are responsible for the operational implementation of projects.
The Caucasus Cooperation Foundation for Youth Development (CCFYD) is governed by a committed Board of Trustees that is responsible for the strategic direction of the foundation and the responsible use of its resources.
The Board constitutes itself and is committed to the foundation’s purpose, as well as to the responsible, effective and efficient use of foundation funds. Together, its members work to promote the sustainable development of children and young people in the South Caucasus.
In addition to the Board of Trustees, specialists from various fields support the foundation’s activities. The operational implementation of projects is carried out by local project management teams and the administrative office.

CCFYD supports sustainable projects throughout the South Caucasus that contribute to the personal development of children and young people. We promote locally rooted initiatives with long-term potential that strengthen intercultural exchange, create multiplier effects and open new opportunities for future generations.

The International Scout Centre Rustavi (ISCR) is the foundation’s flagship project. The youth centre is located in Rustavi, approximately 25 kilometres south-east of the Georgian capital, Tbilisi.

Located in the Georgian mountain village of Pona, around 150 kilometres from Tbilisi, the foundation supports a camping and community project set within a remarkable natural landscape.

The Aragvi River Campsite is situated in a recreational area near Tbilisi, directly on the banks of the Aragvi River. It offers ideal conditions for outdoor activities, youth programmes and educational experiences in nature.
