International Camp
With the cooperation of the Association “Georgian Youth for Europe”, Rustavi scouts (KKOSM) and scouts from Luxemburg took part jointly in an international camp ”Odyssee” at the Eco Village Pona at Lagodekhi in Georgia from 1-13 August 2016. 70 Roverscouts from Georgia and Luxemburg also participated. Camp activities included obstacle courses, constructing an adventure park and wooden scout cabin all located on the camp site. Such international camps are highly effective and motivating for both the visiting and local scouts who can forge new friendships and learn about each other’s live and culture. They also foster the acquisition of new skills and provide a valuable information exchange.
